A little about Deb…Have you ever wondered just how much freight we receive at Osoyoos Home Hardware??? Well just ask Deb what her job entails... the best "customer service" she can give is to make sure that the freight is checked off and sent to the sales floor as quickly as possible, believe me, during our busy summer months this can be quite a daunting task. We place our orders to Home Hardware on Sundays and the truck usually comes rolling in on Tuesdays. It takes a very focused and organized person to look at 1200 pieces of freight and see light at the end of the tunnel. By Fridays, the merchandise has all been checked off and sent to the sales floor....(then you get to do it all over again) Deb also makes sure that all our Special Orders have been called…Many of you may not know Deb as well as our sales floor staff—but it is her work ethic that helps make the rest of us look good. So from the whole staff, THANKS DEB...Oh, and by the way! She gets to see everything that comes into the store before anyone else.
