SOLD OUT - Wednesday - Apr. 24th - Chef Marianne Abraham, co-author of the Whitewater Cooks cookbook series coming to us from Nelson. She will be doing: Spring Greens with Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette followed by a Roasted Vegetable Strudel with balsamic reduction. Main course will be Halibut with a Wasabi Pea Crust followed by a Rolled Pavlova with lots of fresh fruit. Wine pairing by Black Hills Estate Winery. Cost $35.00 plus HST

Wednesday - May 1st - Executive Chef Chris Van Hooydonk will share his expertise in home preserving. Bring a good sharp pencil as it will be fairly flying during this class and bring your questions as well. It is such a wonderful opportunity to learn from the best.
Sommelier Jay Drysdale will introduce us to the wines from his new winery Bella Wines in Summerland. Cost $25.00 plus HST

Thursday - May 16th - Back by popular demand - Executive Chef Chris Remington from the Lakeside Resort in Penticton He is calling this session "Getting Stuffed" and will do various stuffings for fish, pork and chicken to push your meals up to company fare. Wine pairing by Gold Hill Winery. Cost $25.00 plus HST

SOLD OUT - For our Grande Finale - Executive Chef Justin Paakkunainen of Walnut Beach Resort will share his expertise on the BBQ. He will create his special: Grilled Veggie Salad with Asiago Cheese and a Balsamic Vinaigrette, Dry Rub Ribs and his dessert will be a surprise. Date will be end of May/early June. Event will take place at Walnut Beach Resort. Wine pairing by Adega on 45th Estate Winery. Cost $35.00 plus HST Tickets will go on sale early April.

All classes run from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Tickets for all but the finale to go on sale on Saturday, February 16th at 9:00am - in person or at
10:00am by phone. Limit 35 per class.
